Spain Sworn Translations is a network of sworn translators working in Spain. Every translation we deliver is signed and sealed by a translator appointed as traductor jurado by the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation.

A sworn translation is a complete and faithful rendering of your document, carried out in the first person by the appointed translator, who certifies it with a signature and seal. It is the form Spanish embassies, notaries, courts, universities and public offices accept.

The translator certifies the translation, not the document behind it. The information in your original remains the responsibility of the authority that issued it.

A quote states a price and a delivery date. Work only starts once you confirm it, and if anything changes — page count, legibility, an extra certification — we tell you before the price moves.

Delivery dates describe our work, not the processing times of third parties such as registries, apostille offices or consulates. Where a document needs one of those steps as well, we say so in the quote.

Our pages may link to official portals and other sites. We are not responsible for what those sites publish.

This website and the services described on it are governed by Spanish law, with the courts of Spain having jurisdiction where the law allows no other choice.
